Throughout our lives, we inevitably form energetic cords and attachments - connective threads that can positively or negatively bind our energy to people, relationships, events, limiting beliefs, ancestral patterns and more. While some of these cords are healthy, others may be sapping your personal power, manifesting fears and blocks, or preventing your full energetic sovereignty.
