Life of Purpose
The significance of community and the well-being of our elderly population is paramount in my Dharma. This is why I founded my sister company, Connected Savannah. It is not just a service company; it is a commitment to promoting active aging through tailored in-home care. We prioritize keeping seniors both physically and mentally engaged, understanding that an active lifestyle is fundamental to their overall health and happiness. Through Connected Savannah, I am dedicated to providing compassionate care that enhances the quality of life for seniors, ensuring they continue to lead fulfilling and vibrant lives within the comfort of their homes.
Beyond grateful for the opportunity to volunteer at a local safe home for human trafficking survivors, Tharros Place. Offering karma yoga and dinner services is not just a service; it's a chance to share love, support, and empower those on their journey to healing. Together, we make a difference. Together we shine.

Volunteering in the community, particularly with the elderly, holds profound personal significance for me. Witnessing the positive impact of yoga on the lives of seniors, fostering both strength and social connections, reinforces my belief in the transformative power of community engagement. It is my privilege to be part of a journey that brings moments of joy, serenity, and improved health to the elderly community through the practice of yoga. This is why I decided to become a volunteer with National Church Residences.
