Paid Registration Required

• This retreat experience is exclusively for paid registrants only. To maintain the intimate environment and ensure an optimal experience for all, admittance will only be granted to those who have fully completed the registration process and paid all fees prior to the retreat start date. No guests or non-registered parties will be permitted.

Retreat Leader Discretion

• The retreat leader reserves the right to make decisions and take appropriate action to protect the safety, security and well-being of all retreat participants. This includes the right to refuse admission or continued participation to any individual who is intoxicated, exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior, or whose presence or actions may diminish or put at risk the experience of other participants.

Mental Health Considerations

• While these retreats can provide powerful experiences of self-discovery and healing, they are not designed as therapy or treatment for mental health conditions. Prospective attendees with a history of severe mental illness, psychological disorders, or those taking psychotropic medications should carefully consider whether this type of intensive retreat experience is appropriate and safe for them at this time. The organizers reserve the right to decline registration if an individual's condition may prevent their full and responsible participation.

Non Refundable Deposit

• The initial deposit of $250 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   

Cancellation Period

• Cancellations made 30 days or less before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

 

Refund Processing

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Early Departures and No-Shows

• No refunds will be provided for participants who leave the retreat early or do not attend without prior notice.

Refund Exceptions

• In exceptional cases, where cancellation is due to unforeseen and documented emergencies, the organizers may consider a partial refund at their discretion.

Refund Deductions

• Any applicable refunds may be subject to deduction of transaction fees or other non-recoverable expenses incurred by the organizers.

Notification of Cancellation

• Participants must notify the organizers of their intention to cancel in writing via email. The cancellation date will be based on the date of receipt of the email.

• All cancellations requested via email 60 days prior to trip date May be considered for a partial refund based on the availability to fill the spot that was reserved. It is our practice to be understanding and fair in all situations. Please email us with any questions and concerns prior to your booking so that we can ensure you are prepared and covered in the event of a change. Again, travel insurance is 100% recommended.

Transfer of Booking

• Participants may have the option to transfer their booking to another eligible individual with the approval of the organizers. A transfer fee may apply.

Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the retreat. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided at the discretion of the organizers.

Travel Insurance

• Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellations.

Acceptance of Cancellation Terms
