The Manifested Retreat unfolds amidst the breathtaking beauty of Hacienda Pinilla, the most exclusive gated community in the area. This secure and tranquil location offers the perfect backdrop for your transformative journey.
 
Your retreat home will be a luxurious villa boasting a modern, minimalist, and tropical vibe, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
 
But that's not all! you'll also enjoy exclusive access to the world-class amenities of JW Marriott Guanacaste Resort & Spa. 
 
Hacienda Pinilla is nestled on the Guanacaste coast, renowned for its stunning beaches and vibrant ecological diversity. The retreat location offers proximity to pristine beaches, lush rainforests, and breathtaking landscapes.

Step into our Lux King Bedroom for $2200—a peaceful escape where joy seamlessly blends with relaxation! Imagine your royal sanctuary with cozy linens, twinkling lights, and nature-framed views. The bathroom provides a private spa oasis with indoor and outdoor showers. (To add an additional person to this Lux King Bedroom, there is an additional per person fee of $1500 for the All-Inclusive trip.)

  • How do I get to the retreat?
    The closest international airport is Liberia, approximately 1.15 hours driving distance. Ground transportation can be arranged from Tambor airport (40 minutes' drive) based on your arrival time.
  • What is the duration of the Manifested Retreat?
    The retreat spans 4 nights, providing a carefully curated experience to establish a solid foundation, live in the present, and master the power of manifesting.
  • Are meals included in the retreat?
    Yes, the retreat is all-inclusive, covering all meals and snacks. The culinary experience emphasizes health and wellness with a mix of options, including gluten-free, fish, chicken, vegetarian, and vegan choices.
  • Is there a dedicated concierge service?
    Yes, a dedicated concierge service is included, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • What activities are offered during the retreat?

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Non-Refundable Deposit:

    • The initial deposit of $250 is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellation Period:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or less before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

  • Refund Processing:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

  • Early Departures and No-Shows:

    • No refunds will be provided for participants who leave the retreat early or do not attend without prior notice.

  • Refund Exceptions:

    • In exceptional cases, where cancellation is due to unforeseen and documented emergencies, the organizers may consider a partial refund at their discretion.

  • Refund Deductions:

    • Any applicable refunds may be subject to deduction of transaction fees or other non-recoverable expenses incurred by the organizers.

  • Notification of Cancellation:

    • Participants must notify the organizers of their intention to cancel in writing via email. The cancellation date will be based on the date of receipt of the email.

    • All cancellations requested via email 60 days prior to trip date May be considered for a partial refund based on the availability to fill the spot that was reserved. It is our practice to be understanding and fair in all situations. Please email us with any questions and concerns prior to your booking so that we can ensure you are prepared and covered in the event of a change. Again, travel insurance is 100% recommended.

  • Transfer of Booking:

    • Participants may have the option to transfer their booking to another eligible individual with the approval of the organizers. A transfer fee may apply.

  • Force Majeure:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the retreat. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided at the discretion of the organizers.

  • Travel Insurance:

    • Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellations.

  • Acceptance of Cancellation Terms:

    • By making a deposit and participating in the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept these cancellation terms and conditions.
